This is more than just a franchise — it’s a powerful opportunity to help young people find their voice, boost their confidence, and become leaders in their schools and communities.

As a licensee, you get access to a proven system, valuable resources, and the backing of a nationally recognized brand — all while growing a subscription-based income stream that rewards your effort and passion.

Your obligations:

  • Organize the club meeting 2 or 4 times a month (once a week or twice a month). Work to increase your club paid memberships.
  • Find a suitable location and handle the marketing and promotions of your club.
  • Make the club truly valuable so that members continue subscribing to it every month.

Our Obligations:

  • Provide you with the training, tools, and resources you need to run the club.
  • Develop, host and manage the courses, lectures, content and programs of the club.
  • Take care of the websites, global branding, accreditations, approvals, etc of the club annually.
  • Continue supporting you to grow your club.

  • If you’re on a basic plan of N250,000 licensing fee: you keep 70% of the club subscription fees while we take 30%.
  • If you’re on a standard plan of N500,000 licensing fee: you keep 80% of the club subscription fees while we take 20%.

Remember that all licenses are subject to an annual renewal at 40% of the current fee.

Managing Club Expenses: What You Should Know

Running a Fordax Club is designed to be cost-effective, but here are key points to help you manage your budget wisely:

1. Marketing Is Your Biggest Expense — And Your Best Investment

Most of your costs will come from marketing and promotions.

Think of this as the cost of doing business.
Every successful venture requires visibility to grow — and clubs are no different.

The good news?

This is a subscription model. You only pay for the ad once, but you can earn from that member month after month. That’s recurring income from a one-time ad cost — a smart investment.

2. Keep Venue Costs Low

You’ll only use your venue for 2 to 4 meetings a month, usually just 2-4 hours per session. There’s no need for an expensive location unless it’s strategic for your club goals.

A great venue should be:

  • Easily accessible by people
  • Comfortable with at least 15 seats
  • Equipped with a fan or air conditioning
  • Have a TV or projector for training visuals
  • Quiet, safe, and easily accessible

3. Donations & Support

Clubs may accept voluntary donations or support from partners, members, or the community, especially for refreshments, event days, or special needs.

4. Selling Personal Products (e.g., Books)

Club owners may sell their own books or materials during sessions, provided that:

  • It’s done ethically and optionally
  • Members are not pressured to buy
  • It is clearly separate from the Fordax curriculum

At Fordax, we’ve made it easier than ever to run a successful, purpose-driven public speaking club — with all the tools, structure, and support you need.

If you’re willing to take ownership, handle promotions, and build real value into your sessions, we’ll stand beside you every step of the way.

With low startup costs, recurring income potential, and full creative control of your local club operations, the Fordax License is a smart way to create impact and income at the same time.
