About the club
The Fordax Speakers International Club is a public speaking and leadership training club that operates regionally across different states. Each club is identified by its location, such as Fordax Speakers International Club, Ikeja, Lagos, and is managed by a licensed club leader — either the franchise owner or someone appointed by the franchisee.
The club runs on a monthly paid subscription basis, with members meeting 2 to 4 times each month. During these meetings, members take turns to deliver prepared presentations lasting between 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the guidelines set by the club leader. After each speech, members receive constructive feedback from both their peers and the club leader to support continuous improvement.
When new members join the club, they are granted access to a private learning portal where they can take online classes, read helpful articles, and download presentation resources to aid their preparation. Additionally, members may choose to hire a personal coach, either online or through their club leader, for one-on-one training. Membership is flexible and billed monthly, with discounts available for those who subscribe in advance for multiple months.
Each member is guided through a structured speaking journey using clearly defined learning tracks. These tracks include practical lessons and challenges designed to help them develop essential skills in public speaking and presentation. To successfully complete a track, a member must deliver two presentations, each scored above 70 out of 100.
After completing a track, the member earns a digital badge as proof of progress. Upon completing five tracks, they are awarded a certificate of completion.
Those who complete nine tracks earn the prestigious Executive Master’s Certificate in Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, making the Fordax Speakers International Club not just a training ground — but a full development path for confident, impactful speakers.

What Is a Franchise and Does the Fordax Franchise Work?
A franchise is a business model where you run your own enterprise using an established brand’s systems, tools, and identity.
The Fordax Franchise allows you to operate a licensed Fordax Public Speaking Club in your city — using our training resources, coaching system, and certification pathways. It works because it’s a proven system: low cost, high-impact, and focused on real results for both members and franchise owners.
What Does It Cost to Buy the Franchise?
The current franchise fee is ₦500,000 or $315 (for international buyers). This is a one-time payment to get started.
Are There Annual Renewals?
Yes. Every franchise has a 40% renewal fee of the initial franchise cost, due after 12 months.
A 2-month grace period is provided. If not renewed within that period, the franchise license will be revoked.
What Do I Need to Start and Run a Franchise?
You need:
A passion for speaking, coaching, or training
Access to a venue for your club meetings (paid or free)
Willingness to market and recruit members
Enough money to buy and operate the franchise

Who Sets the Club Fee and My Coaching Fee?
You do — with some guidelines:
You propose your club membership fee, subject to Fordax approval
You set your coaching fee (you keep 100% of it)
You’re expected to report all monthly earnings so Fordax can track your performance and provide support.
Who Pays for the Venue and Advertising for My Club?
You (the franchisee) cover the cost of your meeting venue and your marketing campaigns.
This gives you full control over your operations and expenses.
How Do Club Owners Make Money – and How Much?
You earn from:
Club memberships (monthly subscriptions)

Can I Rename My Club After a While?
No. You’re operating under the Fordax brand, which must remain consistent across all franchises.
Can I Buy a State-Level Franchise to Dominate a Region?
Yes — but only under a special license.
State franchises require the purchase of at least 10 club licenses, typically for companies or institutions that can manage multiple locations in a single state.
Is This Affiliate or Network Marketing?
No.
This is not affiliate marketing, and not network marketing.
You’re not recruiting others to sell for you or earning through downlines. You’re buying a real, independent business with branding, structure, systems, and income potential.
Can I Sell My Fordax Franchise in the Future?
Yes — if your situation changes, you may sell the remainder of your franchise term to an approved buyer (subject to Fordax’s selection process).
Franchise rights are not automatically transferable — the buyer must be approved by Fordax first.
Can I Operate the Franchise as an Individual or Must I Register a Company?
You can run it as an individual or as a company.
We actually prefer individual owners who are actively involved, but businesses can also apply.
