Track 6: KEYNOTE / LEADERSHIP PRESENTATION

Objective:
In this track, you will deliver a leadership-style keynote on a real or realistic social or organizational problem.

Your task is to:

• Clearly define the issue or challenge and show why it matters
• Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of the situation
• Present a well-structured solution or direction your “team” will take
• Build trust by showing confidence, clarity, and responsibility
• Persuade your audience to believe in your plan and support it
• Inspire action by calling people to participate, cooperate, or commit

By the end of your presentation, your audience should feel informed, reassured, and motivated to follow your lead—not just listen to you.
