Important Notes About The Fordax Public Speaking Club
Thank you for joining or showing interest in joining the Fordax Public Speaking Club in your location. We are excited to have you as part of a growing community focused on helping people become more confident speakers, better communicators, stronger leaders, and more disciplined individuals.
After several discussions, observations, and feedback from both members and prospective members across different club regions, we realized that many people wanted clearer explanations about how the club operates, the rules guiding the club, member expectations, badge requirements, meeting structure, and other important policies. For this reason, we decided to put together this guide to help every member properly understand how the Fordax Public Speaking Club works.
This document is intended to answer common questions, reduce confusion, create better organization within the clubs, and help every member have a smoother and more productive experience throughout their public speaking journey.
Please understand that these guidelines were created to maintain quality, fairness, discipline, accountability, and proper growth within the Fordax system. We encourage every member to read them carefully and follow them accordingly.
My desire is not just to build speakers, but to build confident individuals who can communicate effectively, lead responsibly, think independently, and contribute meaningfully to society.
After you register for the club, here are some important things to keep in mind about the Fordax Public Speaking Club:
- Your program cannot be carried over when you miss sessions.
If you miss a session or multiple sessions, your progress for those missed meetings will not automatically continue or transfer forward. Regular attendance is important for steady growth and proper evaluation. - All presentations must follow the official track order.
Every member must present topics sequentially starting from Track 1 upward. You are not allowed to skip tracks, choose tracks or jump ahead. After every presentation, the coach must record your performance in the official evaluation form and it is important that you follow the track sequentially. - You must score a minimum of 800 marks before moving to the next track.
A member must reach at least 800 marks before qualifying for a badge and promotion to the next level. This system is designed to maintain quality, growth, and real speaking improvement. Learn more here:
The Fordax 800 Pass Mark and Why It’s a Good Thing - Only the club coach can approve badges and promotions.
Badges are awarded based on performance, consistency, participation, and completed evaluations. Members cannot score themselves or request badges directly from the HQ except under special circumstances approved by the coach or club president. - To receive your badge or certificate:
Submit your completed evaluation forms to your coach and request your certificate. The coach will forward the request to the HQ for verification. If you qualify, your certificate will be processed and sent to you by mail. - Unsigned evaluation forms are not valid.
Always make sure your coach signs your evaluation form after every presentation or assessment. Unsigned forms will not be recognized by the HQ. - Members are not allowed to repeat speech topics as new presentations.
You may only repeat a topic for personal practice or improvement purposes. In such cases, both presentations will count as one practice activity, not two separate track completions. - The Fordax HQ reserves the right to make operational changes.
The HQ may update club activities, policies, meeting structures, or operational guidelines whenever necessary. Members will be notified within 7 days of any official changes. - Members can report issues involving a coach.
If you experience serious concerns or misconduct involving a coach, you may report it by emailing fordaxacademy@gmail.com. Please provide clear details and evidence where possible so the issue can be properly reviewed and resolved. - Joining the official WhatsApp group is compulsory for registered members.
Every registered member must join the official paid-members WhatsApp group for their club region. Important announcements, meeting dates, updates, venue information, and schedule changes will be communicated there. - Meeting dates and times may occasionally change.
Club meeting schedules can sometimes be adjusted by the club coach based on availability or special activities. Whenever this happens, members will be informed early through the official WhatsApp group. - Your club coach may appoint members to assist in different responsibilities within the club.
Depending on the needs of the club, you may be assigned roles such as Time Keeper, Provost, Media Handler, Meeting Assistant, Attendance Coordinator, or other supportive responsibilities that help the club remain organized, active, and effective. We encourage members to willingly accept these responsibilities and contribute positively to the smooth running of the club. These opportunities are also part of your leadership and personal development journey. - Always communicate with your coach and fellow members when necessary.
If you are sick, unavailable, facing personal challenges, or unable to attend meetings or complete assigned responsibilities, please inform your coach and fellow club members early. Communication helps the club understand your situation properly and allows us to support, assist, or sympathize with you where necessary. We may not know what you are going through unless you communicate with us.
